TSA Water Systems is an industry stalwart in water project installation and optimization. With a focus on purity and operating on the lowest cost per liter, it has been working globally with pharmaceutical and food and beverage industries to optimize their water needs.

The Goal:

TSA’s overall goal was to present a dynamic website that would drive organic traffic and increase revenue through web driven inquiries.

The Challenge:

Despite the company possessing a trove of knowledge TSA’s current website was not driving enough leads and revenue as aspired. We had to strategize on how to refurbish it, equip it with a responsive design and digital marketing infrastructure.

The Solution:

Our solution to TSA’s problem was a two-step affair.

The first step was to understand the company operations in detail. This meant that we had to study about TSA’s products, clients and competitors.

The second step, after being sure of the goals TSA wanted to acquire, we had to create a STRATEGY DOCUMENT. This document entailed detailed steps as to how we would go about changing TSA’s current website to make it a more responsive one.

Though TSA’s promise was purity, we suggested that to stand out amongst their peers, they shift their focus from providing just purity, to providing purity at the lowest operating cost per litre.

To aid this, we started an INBOUND MARKETING campaign. Our inbound strategy focused on AUDIENCE PERSONAS. With the strategy’s primary role being lead generation, we also wanted TSA to be the go-to resource for its clients for any of its water needs. We crafted a continuous content strategy to share TSA’s expertise with its clients that included regular blogging, posting on social media on a daily basis and targeted email marketing campaigns.

The Result:

With continuous data testing, we have helped TSA identify the prospective client’s interest. Due to this, we have been able to customize our inbound strategy and fine tune things like email subject lines, when and what to post on social media for the maximum benefit, etc.

This has led to an increase in quality traffic to the website and this traffic led to an increase in leads generated through the website.
